A return to Berlin in Mozart’s ‘Die Zauberflöte’

This month, René Pape returns to the Berlin State Opera in a signature role, Sarastro in Mozart’s masterful Die Zauberflöte. He performs on December 18, 23 & 27, with Alexander Soddy leading from the pit and a restaging of Karl Friedrich Schinkel’s original sets.
